Referee Payment Notes

Payment Procedure
1. Use link from this section to access reporting form. 
2. Cut off dates for pay periods are Sunday 6:00PM on 9/19, 10/3, and 10/24. Checks will be sent within 7 days of each cut off date.  Any reports after these dates will be processed as time permits.
4. All requests for payment must be submitted by December 20th of any given year in order for the LMAA to close its books. Any non-reported games will be considered volunteer work after December 20 of the respective year.
5. Weather related cancellations are not considered payable events if cancelled by 4:00 the day of game for weekdays; 7:00AM for Saturday games.
